Our International Standards
Our Commitment to Quality, Security & Service — great digital solutions are built on more than just technology; they require strong governance, reliable processes, and a culture of continuous improvement.
CMMI Maturity Level 3 & ISO-Certified Management System
Our management system is certified to be in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 20000-1:2018 — covering all three principal activities of our Group: development of software applications, provision of digital platform-based services, and provision of subscription, hosting, technical support and maintenance services. Our ISO certifications are certified by SIS Certifications, an accredited body under the International Accreditation Service (IAS). In addition, Agmo Group is appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 (ML3), further strengthening our process maturity and delivery discipline.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022
Information Security Management — covering information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection embedded into our operations and technical practices.

What CMMI Maturity Level 3 (ML3) Means
CMMI Maturity Level 3 is the “Defined” level in the CMMI framework. At this level, our processes are established, documented and standardised across projects and departments; work is managed proactively, with clear planning and risk management; and continuous improvement is driven by data, lessons learned and best practices.
What this means for our corporate clients:
- More predictable project outcomes and delivery timelines
- Better control of scope, risks and dependencies
- Consistent quality across different teams and projects
- Stronger governance and easier alignment with your internal compliance and PMO requirements
Our CMMI appraisal is conducted by mfQ Asia. View our published appraisal record on the CMMI Institute's PARS.

Quality Management System
Our ISO 9001:2015 certification confirms that we have a structured quality management system governing how we plan, execute and improve our work.
For our clients, this means:
- Standardised and repeatable project delivery processes
- Clear documentation, traceability and approvals at key stages
- A culture of continuous improvement driven by feedback and measurable KPIs
Information Security, Cybersecurity & Privacy Protection
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 demonstrates that information security is embedded into our operations and technical practices. It covers protection of data confidentiality, integrity and availability; access control, identity and privilege management; secure development, deployment and operations; and incident management and continuous monitoring.
For our clients, this means:
- Your data and systems are handled under a formal, audited security framework
- Easier alignment with your internal InfoSec, risk and compliance requirements
- Reduced risk of security incidents and disruptions to your operations
IT Service Management System
ISO 20000-1:2018 governs how we operate and support the services we provide, especially for platform-based and managed solutions. It ensures structure around service level management (SLAs, response and resolution targets), incident, problem and change management, service continuity and availability, release and deployment management, and continuous service improvement.
For our clients, this means:
- Reliable, SLA-backed support for your critical applications
- Controlled and well-governed changes with proper impact assessment
- Reduced downtime and smoother operations for your users
Why This Matters
For large organisations, choosing a technology partner is also a governance and risk decision. Our CMMI ML3 appraisal and ISO certifications help you:
- Strengthen vendor governance and satisfy internal audit expectations
- Reduce project, security and operational risks
- Support regulatory and compliance obligations, especially in regulated industries
- Scale your digital initiatives with a partner whose processes are proven and repeatable
