Solarvest Holdings Berhad and Agmo Holdings Berhad announced a strategic joint venture on 20 August 2024 to co-develop digital clean energy applications aimed at accelerating digital transformation across Malaysia’s clean energy sector. The JV—between Solarvest Energy Sdn. Bhd. and Agmo Capital Sdn. Bhd.—is intended to streamline and automate the clean energy project lifecycle, with development rolling out in stages starting with enhancements to Solarvest’s existing offerings such as Vestech EcoHomes, the Powerbee green EV charging ecosystem, and Renewable Energy Certification management. Solarvest will pilot the solutions before a broader market launch, positioning the initiative as a way to consolidate clean energy services, simplify operations, and support Malaysia’s renewable energy goals.
