Agmo Sierra
Agmo Sierra was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 as a private limited company on 12 January 2021, and is deemed registered under the Companies Act 2016, under the name Agmo Strongbyte Holdings Sdn. Bhd., subsequently changed to Agmo Sierra Holdings Sdn. Bhd. on 6 September 2021.
Deepening our Java development capability
On 28 October 2021, a total of 30.0% equity interest in Agmo Sierra was issued to two shareholders, Tang Tung Ai and Fong Huang Yee. Both have since joined the Group and are responsible for overseeing Java programming language-based application development projects.
Consultancy and IT services
Agmo Sierra is principally involved as an investment holding company, but is currently not holding shares in any company. It is also involved in computer consultancy and the provision of information technology related services.
