Digital Platform-Based Services
Our platform-based applications are digital solutions developed and managed by our Group to support businesses in activities such as hosting events, engaging and interacting with customers, and facilitating e-commerce transactions. These applications are accessible to customers and authorised users upon approval.
Some applications can also be integrated into our customers' existing mobile or web applications via API, enabling additional functionality to be embedded within their own systems. These platform-based applications are offered on a per-usage and/or per-event basis, in accordance with pre-agreed terms.

Maiden consumer mobile application

Digital Solution Provider
Secured mobile application development projects from several notable companies, and secured our first web application project.
Mobile content management system (CMS)
Built a mobile CMS that later served as the foundation for our Agmo Genesis framework, formalised in 2015.
NextProperty Ventures Sdn Bhd
NextProperty Ventures Sdn Bhd became one of our investee companies.

Agmo Capital incorporated
Agmo Capital Sdn Bhd was incorporated to hold the equity interests of our investee companies.
Invest in Heydoc
Heydoc International Sdn Bhd became our investee company under Agmo Capital.
Agmo Holdings Sdn Bhd incorporated
Agmo Holdings Sdn Bhd was concurrently incorporated as an investment holding company of Agmo Studio and Agmo Capital, and became the holding entity for subsidiaries incorporated in later years.
Portfolio expansion
We continued to enlarge our portfolio and EasyLaw was launched.
First legal-technology investment
EzLaw International Sdn Bhd became our investee company through Agmo Capital, representing our first investment in the legal technology sector.
Blockchain-based e-voting application
Launched the first large-scale e-voting application via blockchain in Malaysia, in partnership with Multimedia University.
Eat2U launched
Eat2U is a platform connecting restaurants and consumers to facilitate online food ordering and delivery.
Vote2U launched
Launched under Agmo Digital Solutions Sdn Bhd, allowing public listed companies in Malaysia to conduct AGMs and EGMs virtually with online shareholder voting. The same year we achieved MDEC Technology Solution Provider status under the SME Business Digitalisation Grant and Microsoft Gold Partner status.
Agmo Tech Sdn Bhd incorporated
Incorporated to provide customised digital solutions for customers using emerging technologies such as blockchain and Extended Reality (XR).
Agmo Strongbyte Holdings (later Agmo Sierra Holdings)
Incorporated for the development of customised digital solutions such as Java-based mobile and web applications. It was later renamed Agmo Sierra Holdings Sdn Bhd. In the same year, Agmo Capital became a shareholder of NextRent Sdn Bhd, developing the NextRent app connecting landlords and potential tenants.
Joint venture: Zetrix Sdn Bhd
Set up a joint venture company, Zetrix Sdn Bhd (formerly MYBB Techchain Sdn Bhd). Agmo Holdings was appointed project manager for Zetrix's blockchain projects in Malaysia for 42 months from 1 October 2021.
New partners join
30.0% equity interest was issued to two new shareholders, Tang Tung Ai and Fong Huang Yee, who joined the Group to oversee Java-based application development projects.
WorkGrowth HRMS launched
WorkGrowth HRMS, a human resources management system automating and enhancing HR functions, was launched. Agmo Capital also became a shareholder of Advisonomics Sdn Bhd, developing the Advisonomic application.
