Agmo Holdings Berhad and Sasbadi Holdings Berhad announced a strategic joint venture on 18 October 2025 to co develop Malaysia’s first education focused large language model. The joint venture between Agmo Capital Sdn Bhd and Sasbadi Online Sdn Bhd through Penerbitan Minda Sdn Bhd is aimed at creating AI driven tutoring, adaptive learning systems and intelligent content creation tools aligned with the Malaysian national curriculum. Sasbadi contributes its proprietary educational content and domain expertise while Agmo provides the technical development, architecture, dataset integration and performance optimisation for the AI model.
The solutions will be piloted before a wider rollout to ensure effectiveness and usability. This collaboration is designed to support digital transformation in Malaysia’s education sector, accelerate the adoption of locally relevant AI learning technologies and provide innovative tools that enhance teaching and learning experiences for students and educators across the country.
